Kenia is deeply committed to continuing her education—not only to nourish her personal practice, but to enrich the spaces she holds for others. Yoga is woven into every aspect of her life—shaping how she moves, how she breathes, how she speaks, and how she chooses to show up in the world.

Annie discovered yoga in 2017 through free student classes at a local studio near her university in sunny Santa Barbara, California. What began as a casual hobby soon became a life-changing practice, opening the door to self-love, self-expression, and inner peace. Annie’s classes blend energizing flows with mindful meditation, offering options for all levels to personalize their practice. She draws inspiration from poetry, music, seasonal shifts, and yoga philosophy, making each session about more than just movement.

You might even find one of her playlists themed around a genre or era, so don’t hesitate to send her your favorite artist or song (you just might hear it in class!).

Annie’s goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where everyone feels free to express themselves, whether that means taking an extra Child’s Pose, hanging out in an arm balance, or simply going with the flow.
